This brand is deeply personal to me, rooted in the place I’ve always called home - Howth.

Growing up here, the rugged cliffs, ever-changing seascapes, and windswept beauty of the coastline have shaped who I am and how I see the world. The cliff walk is where I find solace, and no matter how many times I wander those paths, the landscape always has something new to reveal - whether it’s the light at dawn or the wild sea during a storm.

Wind Shore is born from that sense of connection to nature, the seasons, and the simple beauty of home. Our soft launch collection reflects this - each item is carefully chosen for its quality, designed to be a staple in your home for years to come. From our signature new harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in collaboration with Spanish Olive Mill OMED to our exclusive launch gift box, these are carefully chosen to be essential elements for your home.

What excites me most with the launch of this brand is the opportunity to collaborate with incredible artisan producers and artists who share that same passion for craftsmanship and quality. Wind Shore was born out of a deep connection to the coastal landscapes of Ireland, where the rhythm of the sea and the beauty of untamed nature inspire every aspect of our brand. Founded in Howth, a small fishing village rich in history and tradition, Wind Shore is rooted in the essence of the Irish coastline - it's where the sea breeze and salty air shape not only the landscape but the spirit of our goods. Drawing from the rich heritage and natural colors of this vibrant Irish peninsula, Wind Shore captures the essence of coastal living, blending timeless traditions with a modern, handcrafted touch.

For the soft launch of WIND SHORE we have collaborated with OMED, a small mill in Ácula, Granada, which blends family tradition with modern technology to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oils. They oversee every step, using cold extraction and nitrogen preservation for freshness, while promoting sustainability with recyclable packaging and olive stones for energy.
